WHEN WILL I GET MY DELIVERY?
The estimated delivery wait within our South West delivery area of Bunbury to Augusta is 1-3 working days.
Perth customers will be delivered via Australia Post in approx 4-7 working days.
Once your order had been packed and dispatched you will receive an email notification that it is on it's way.
CAN I ADD ON EXTRA ITEMS AFTER CHECKOUT?
Unfortunately due to an excessive volume of additional items coming through after orders were placed we are no longer able to offer this service. Please take care when placing an order to include all your required goods.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Yes! We offer Click + Collect which can be selected as your delivery option at checkout.
There is no fee and no minimum spend. Collections are from Cape Wholefoods Monday to Friday 9am - 4:30pm.
CAN I SHOP IN PERSON AT CAPE WHOLEFOODS?
Yes! Cape Wholefoods is open 9am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday
IS AN ITEM IN STOCK?
We work daily on the website to ensure any items unavailable are marked out of stock.
On the rare occasion that we are unable to fulfil an item ordered you will receive a refund with your order.
WHEN WILL AN OUT OF STOCK ITEM BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN?
Most items are only unavailable for approximately a week.
Please click the "notify when available" option to get an update when your item is back in stock.
I AM NOT IN THE DELIVERY REGION - CAN I STILL ORDER?
Please email your order to admin@southwestprovisions.com.au and we will obtain a quote if within the Perth Metro, South West or Great Southern region. If you are in other WA regions or interstate, you will need to obtain your own freight quote.
